Today we’re moving on to Day 5 with some gentle nutrition and even mindful nourishment for the body. I’m not here to put you on a diet, but rather to gain some new ways of looking at nourishing your body and soul for optimal health.
Not only does what you eat affect you physically, but also mentally and emotionally. If we want to truly thrive, we want to tune in to what we put into our bodies—both our thoughts and our food.
We talk about ASKING DIFFERENT QUESTIONS and a concept called "ADDING IN and CROWDING OUT". If you would love to hear some new ways of approaching nourishment, tune in:

That’s why it’s important for you to start nourishing your mind, heart, and body with healthy food choices, plenty of water, and even empowering thoughts.
